Nicole & Carl

Although Carl & Nicole went to high school together, they never knew one another, graduating together as strangers. However, at their 10 year high school reunion Carl could not take his eyes off of Nicole and he was not going to let her walk pass him without grabbing her arm to dance. With time in between and life happening to both of them, Carl & Nicole really became friends, true friends, developing an amazing friendship. Friends without any kind romantic “anything” for years. However, when the time was right, and they both were at a place in their lives that they were willing to take a chance and take the next steps, they begin to date. Although scary for the both of them they decided that they may just be “the ones” for one another, & guess what… they were right! They fell in love, blended their families together to become a family of 7, calling themselves the “New Generation Huxtables. ”Their bond as a family became, stronger, & grew to be super tight. After 11 years of their journey together, dating and figuring it all out, while fighting for the love they share they continued to build & grow. Carl wanted to take things a step deeper, as they both knew they wanted to spend their lives together. So, In March 2021 Carl took the step of making Nicole his fiancé, and in 2022 she became his wife. Now the only thing that’s left is to have our ceremony in front of our loved ones (family & friends) July, 2023. Their  journey thus far has not been perfect but it’s been worth it. They continue to seek God, fight for one another, & love one another unconditionally, and with this they are continuing to grow as a team daily, while they continue to write their story.
